Spray Nozzle Patternator

The patternator is a device used to measure spray distribution. Liquid is sprayed for a specified period of time and collected in channels aligned perpendicular to the spray nozzle. Several nozzles can be tested at once to determine the proper amount of overlap for an application.

This method of measuring volumetric distribution allows us to provide a theoretical distribution based on spray nozzle height and overlap required.  

Our laboratories are equipped with automated and manual patternators with various measurement resolutions and an automated patternator with video capturing capabilities.
