Whether you want to solve spray problems, optimize performance or find new ways to spray, we can help. Our engineers use state-of-the-art tools such as Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) to simulate and predict spray performance using your actual process conditions. We also have the world's largest spray laboratory filled with highly specialized equipment.
- Phase Doppler Particle Analyzers (PDPA): The Phase Doppler method is based on the principles of light-scattering interferometry.
- Particle/Image Analyzer: An Oxford Laser VisiSizer measures the size and shape of drops.
- Laser Diffraction Particle Analyzer: A Malvern Analyzer uses light scattering to measure small to medium sprays.
- Customized Wind Tunnel: Our Wenham wind tunnel produces co-, counter- and cross-flow air to simulate actual operating conditions.
- Impact Measurement Devices: A 3D image of the spray is created to show variations in impact throughout the spray.
- Spray Nozzle Patternator: This instrument measures spray distribution by collecting liquid.
- AutoJet® Modular System: This self-contained, precision fluid delivery system allows real time control and flexibility during testing.
