Even a slight deviation between expected and actual spray nozzle performance can be the difference between failure and success in some spray applications. This is especially true in applications where drop size and/or precision are critical.

Yet, specification decisions are often made on guesswork, theoretical calculations or limited testing in environments that don't accurately simulate the actual operating conditions of the spraying application.
