Automated Spraying Systems

Spraying Systems Co. designs and manufacturers AutoJet® automated spray controllers and automated systems to provide precise spray control and automate spraying operations.  Available with basic, intermediate or advanced spray control, we use these systems in our spray labs for research and testing and to ensure optimal results. 

AutoJet Modular Spray System

The AutoJet Modular System is a self-contained, precision fluid delivery system designed to optimize the performance of automatic spray nozzles.  The system controls all spray system components -- nozzles, pressure tanks, valves and regulators. The precise timing control offered by the system is ideal in our research and testing in our labs.  The systems are flexible and can be easily adapted to monitor and adjust based on changes in process variables such at temperature, pressure and more. 

AutoJet AccuCoat^® Heated Spray System

This low pressure system allows effective spraying of solutions that are difficult to spray at ambient temperatures. The system uses closed-loop control to ensure the liquid temperature is maintained all the way from the tank to the target and ensures accurate placement of difficult to spray coatings such as chocolate, butter, food based oils and lotions.  The system’s spray controller allows quick and easy changing of spray parameters and facilitates testing of automatic spray nozzles under a wide range of operating conditions.
